Pre-qualification is the first step we take with our soon to be, home owners. It's a quick, hassle-free way to determine if we can assist you with a low deposit new home purchase—without credit checks or applying for finance!

Who qualifies?

Everyone’s situation is different, so qualification to buy a home can vary. As a general guide, we recommend buyers meet this criteria:

• Australian citizen(s) or permanent resident(s)
• $110,000 minimum combined annual income (up to 4 buyers)
• Good credit rating with no defaults
• Solid rental or savings history — or a family guarantor
