1. Low deposit guarantee

You can get started with the savings we quote for your chosen home package — no moving the goalposts. If we say $15K savings is enough after your eligible support, that’s all you’ll need. Stamp duty and legal fees are included in our quoted figure where applicable. And if we’re wrong? We’ll cover the shortfall — up to $5,000 to get you into a home.

Not all low deposits are equal. A lender’s “5% deposit” often still leaves you covering stamp duty, legal fees, and builder deposits. Others push “no or low deposit” pathways that come with high-interest deposit loans or vague figures that shift later. And those big “$55K boosts”? 2. Turn-key guarantee

Every package we offer is 100% fixed-price and turn-key — driveway, site costs, fencing, landscaping, appliances, and more are included upfront. If a listed inclusion is unavailable during the build, it will be replaced with an item of equal quality and standard at no extra cost to you.

8. Builder confidence guarantee

Every one of our 500+ families has had their home completed and delivered. We only work with trusted builders who have a proven track record — but if yours fails to deliver, we’ll step in. We’ll provide you with the support and information for the relevant state building authority, who will oversee getting your build back on track. During this period, we’ll also provide financial support of $200 per week (up to $5,000) until progress resumes.
